This is the first of no doubt dozens of posts and signifies the beginning of the adventure.

I shall be testing out the Body For Life system live here on this site and you’ll be able to follow me through the various stages, seeing how I get on.

I have just ordered a new digital camera so that I shall be able to take “before” and “after” photos, and I need to order a few supplies before the adventure gets started properly.

 I also need to update this horrible layout and get some graphics done for the site.

Check back often - I intend to be posting regularly while the intial legwork is being done and almost daily once the experiment begins!
