Next Challenge Getting Very Close…
Well the end of the month is getting close.
…As is the next stage of my development and my next challenge.
So what am I going to be doing?
Well I still need to lose some weight but I’m also not happy with how little muscle I put on during the Body For Life challenge so I am currently reading through two books to get a new perspective.
So far they are very interesting indeed and I shall be reporting back to you very soon on what I am going to be doing and what my next challenge (a six pack my Xmas) will involve.
I’m also going to invest in some new weights I am getting so used to lifting the heaviest weights I have, investing in some more meal replacement drinks and a body fat caliper.
The new challenge starts at the beginning of November.
Until then I’m still in the research and preparation stage.

Hey, came across your site and after reading some of your latest posts I thought I would offer my own bit of advice (feel free to disregard if you want). You were talking about wanting to bulk up a little, add some muscle to your frame, right? Have you heard of Bill Starr’s 5 x 5 plan? Google it, it might just be the thing to help you out. It’s a proven, solid plan to add muscle over time.
Just my two cents, but I think you might enjoy it.
