How To Lose Weight Easily - Turning Weight Loss Into A Game
A strange thing about me is I turn anything into a game. No matter how trivial or serious - from growing vegetables to promoting staff I always end up creating a game of some form and enlisting other people to play.
Now, I’m naturally quite competetive so that may help me but it made me think about all the folks who come here to this blog looking to lose weight easily.
I have written in the past about concentrating on what you’re gaining not what you’re losing when you start eating right and exercising, but another element to consider would be turning your weight loss into a game.
See what you can do without. The less sugar you eat, the better. The fewer cups of coffee you drink the better. The more weight you lose the better. The more often you run, the better.
Keep records of what you have done and what you achieved as a result and try each week to beat what you did last week.
Keep trying to increase the weight you lose each week. If you work out with weights try to increase the weight you lift in an least one exercise per workout. If you do 5 - 10 exercises in each workout this still gives you a lot of flexibility to choose a suitable exercise you think you can increase results for.
Keep improving and you will hit your weight loss goals while having fun rather than by torturing yourself.
